How much does exhibition stand logistics cost?
Packages start from £499 per event. The quote depends on collection and return addresses, mileage, event dates, venue access windows, load size, build complexity, crew numbers, parking and any storage.
Is our stock insured while it is being transported?
Eligible declared goods carried under an agreed booking fall within our goods in transit cover, subject to policy terms, limits and exclusions. Tell us about high value, fragile or unusual items before we quote.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. Hello Consumer holds £5 million public liability insurance for its insured activities, and we can supply evidence to you or the event organiser on request.
Can you build any type of exhibition stand?
We assemble and dress suitable modular stands, pop-up displays, banners, counters and product areas. Electrical work, rigging and structural builds need approved specialist contractors and are agreed separately.
Can you cover a full season of events?
Yes. We quote for single events or a repeat programme covering collection, storage between shows, stock movement, installation, breakdown and on-stand sales support.
