What happens on the first call?–+
We discuss your product, customer, pricing, margins, event or location, objectives and current challenges. We then confirm what information is needed to assess the opportunity properly. The purpose is to understand fit — not to pressure you into booking.
How do you decide whether an event is worth doing?–+
We review audience fit, likely footfall, competition, reputation, total event costs, gross margin, realistic selling capacity, break-even revenue and potential return. When organiser data or sales history is limited, we use conservative assumptions and make the uncertainty clear.
How are your event sales teams trained?–+
Training covers the brand, product, customer needs, pricing, demonstrations, common objections, compliant claims, closing, ethical upselling and the agreed KPIs. We want natural, informed conversations — not robotic scripts.
Can you manage logistics and stand setup as well?–+
Yes. Depending on the project, we can manage collection, transport, venue delivery, suitable stand setup, stock organisation, breakdown and return. The exact scope, exclusions, timings and insurance position are confirmed before anything is collected.
What do you report after the event?–+
Reporting can include revenue, orders, units, average order value, engagements, conversations, conversion, leads, stock movement, hourly performance, operational notes, lessons learned and recommendations for the next activation.
Do you only work on performance or profit share?–+
No. Performance-linked and profit-share structures may be available when the product, audience and economics are suitable. Fixed fees, day rates and bespoke models are also available depending on the work required and the level of commercial risk.
