These terms apply to your use of the Hello Consumer website and any services we provide to you. By using our website or agreeing to work with us, you accept these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

We provide event sales teams, retail activations, trade show sales support, event planning, logistics, setup, breakdown, stock management and related services.

All bookings and service agreements are subject to a written or email confirmation that sets out the scope, dates, fees and any other commercial terms.

We will use reasonable skill and care in delivering the agreed services. Specific performance guarantees, sales targets or profit commitments will only apply where they are set out in writing in the relevant agreement.

Fees are set out in the relevant quote, proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

Additional costs, such as travel, accommodation, materials or third-party services, may be passed on to the client where agreed in advance.

Late payment may result in suspension of services or interest charges in accordance with applicable law.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We hold appropriate business insurance and can provide evidence of cover on request.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, calculators and downloadable guides, is owned by Hello Consumer or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify it without our permission.

Any materials you provide to us remain your property. We may use them solely to deliver the agreed services.

Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the relevant agreement. Where no terms are stated, we require reasonable notice and may charge for costs already incurred.

If you need to change the scope of a project, please contact us as soon as possible so we can agree the revised schedule and fees.
